What I noticed
Most of my career was spent watching who got heard, who got passed over, and why the gap between what organizations said about belonging and what people actually experienced was so stubbornly wide.
When AI arrived, I saw the same gap opening again. People with confidence, context, and support moved faster. People who had already spent years navigating systems that were not built for them met one more layer of friction.
That is not a capability problem. It is an entry-point problem, and entry points can be redesigned. Belonging & Bots is my way of doing that work in public.
What I’m building
B&B is for the person learning AI on their own and trying to make everyday work or life more manageable without giving away what should stay human.
The 1+7 framework grew from my own practice: one human directing, with each AI role holding a specific job, reusable context, and clear limits. My system changed as I used it. The useful shift was not that AI suddenly became smarter; it was that I stopped treating it like a search box and gave each role a real lane.
Everything here begins there. I test the courses, tools, and lessons on real work, then share them when they are useful and honest about their limits. You can see how that practice became B&B's 1+7 model.
What I bring to it
I bring more than twenty years in culture, belonging, and organizational development. I have built programs used across 60-plus countries, led teams through mergers, and managed work where the human stakes were real.
That experience taught me to look past the impressive demo and ask a more practical question: does this help a person do something useful while keeping judgment, voice, and accountability in the right hands?
